ABOUT ME

I have over 20 years of experience working with people to improve their lives and find more fulfilment, meaning and joy. I love nature and walking my dog is one of my daily practices to keep me sane! Now at the age of 56, I am finally able to fulfil a lifetime dream of composing and acting out comedy sketches on stage. It has been a long jouney to get to be able to be visible. I am enjoying being part of Frome community, and still have a yearning to spend winters in Portugal. Being deeply present, authenitc and always willing to learn is how I want to live my life.
